#Significant Notes for Tuition Fee Payment
To secure ‘’Early Bird Registration’’, 100 € should be paid in advance no later than September 9th, 2026. Τhis amount will be deducted from the
total amount of the tuition fees.
(i) Detailed information shall be provided upon registration completion on your
personal profile:
- With Personal Payment Code (RF) provided upon registration completion (should
your bank allow for this method of payment).
- Debit Card or Credit Card.
- Bank to bank transfer to the Special Account for Research Grants of the National
and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Euro.

Tuition Fee Payment via Company, Organization or Institution
In case that your tuition fees are paid by a Company, Organization or Institution,
payments are required to be completed only via bank-to-bank transfer to the Special
Account for Research Grants of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in
Euro. For the payment to be considered valid please include the additional information of your “Personal Payment Code (RF)” (provided upon registration completion). Following payment, a ‘’proof of payment’’ in the form of a PDF file is mandatory to be sent at clinicalembryology.uoa@gmail.com, otherwise the payment will not be considered valid.

Group Registration is enabling an extra discount of
15%. For Group Registrations, three or more individuals originating
from the same Company, Institution or Laboratory should attend the
Course. The process to perform Group Registration is the following:
Step 1: An official ‘’expression of interest’’ letter should be sent to the clinicalembryology.uoa@gmail.com from the Head or the Director of the Company, Institution or Laboratory
clearly indicating the names as well as the professional roles of the
participants.
Step 2: The team of the coordinators of the
Advanced Course in Clinical Embryology shall issue a response indicating
whether criteria are fulfilled and providing approval for the group
registration. The respective participants should then proceed with
individual registrations on the registration platform.
Step 3: Tuition fee payment should be completed as previously described.
