C.C.E. - N.K.U.A.

The Center of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (K.E.DI.VI.M. NKUA) is an Independent Academic Unit that provides continuing education and vocational training programs and in general lifelong learning for adults based on the development of science and the changes it brings at the structure of employment, professions and specialties.

NKUA is a pioneer in education and research. The new knowledge produced in the Institution by the internationally recognized Academic and Research faculty is drained through the programs of K.E.DI.VI.M. providing the most reliable, recognized and certified knowledge and skills. Thus, the programs contribute to the upskilling and reskilling of scientists, professionals and in general human resources and also in the development of the country.

The high level quality of the educational programs is ensured by the academic & scientific background and the educational experience of Instructors who are members of the Academic faculty of the University, scientists and recognized professionals.
Moreover, the high level quality is ensured by the adoption of the most contemporary educational approaches, methods and tools, as well as the provision of conventional and digital educational material by the Academic and Research faculty of the University, based on the most up-to-date knowledge.

The programs cover a wide range of scientific areas and cutting-edge professional fields. K.E.DI.VI.M. - NKUA provides more than 800 programs which are implemented using various methods: classroom teaching, e-learning (synchronous and asynchronous) and blended method with a mixture of classroom and e-learning education. All programs are served by a special learning platform and appropriate educational material and procedures.

K.E.DI.V.I.M. - NKUA, educates on an annual base over 20,000 citizens and provides Certificates of Continuing Education, Continuing Vocational Education and Training with the seal, the prestige and the high reputation of the first established University in Greece.
